The Walden Case: Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

Dear Care for Crash Victims Community Members:

On March 6, 2012, four year old Remington Walden was killed when a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee was struck from behind and engulfed in flames.  See documents organized by Center for Auto Safety at http://www.autosafety.org/walden-v-chrysler-trial/

Today, in an excellent article, we read that the Walden case continues in the courts despite a previous jury decision.  See

The Center for Auto Safety has counted such fatalities as Americans continue to be in danger from unfixed defective vehicles still on the roads.  See
